I was supposed to upload a very small haul a while back, I took the pictures and everything but I got too busy to write the blog and upload everything. Now that exams are over (thank god) I have more time to upload more blog posts! These are all drugstore products, from boots and body care.
Colorsport 24 hour eyeliner
My eyeliner always seems to rub off by the end of the day, especially in the winter time so I decided to purchase this eyeliner to see if it actually lasted. I’m never using this eyeliner again, yes it lasted but 1 week into using this something weird started happening to my lash line. It felt like I had dried lash glue on them if that makes sense. I didn't realise it was the eyeliner at first so when I stopped using it, in a matter of days my lashes went back to normal. So DO NOT buy this eyeliner if you're going to wear it everyday. I think this is suitable for one offs when you need your eyeliner to last.
I was so sick of using blunt cr*p tweezers, and taking half my skin off with the hair! I’ve heard so many good things about tweezerman tweezers so I decided to see what all the fuss was about. I can honestly say I love them, and they’re worthing investing in. They remove the hair really easily, even the tiny annoying ones that used to drive me nuts because I couldn’t get to them! So I would definitely recommend these tweezers!
Barry M Glitter Nail Polish- Amythest Glitter £3 (click here)
This is perfect over a dark nail polish, it does need a few coats but the end result is really nice. Make sure you apply a clear polish on top so it lasts longer. I love the Barry M polishes, they’re cheap but good quality!
Barry M Glitter Nail Polish- Rose Quartz £3 (click here)
This is the nicest glitter polish I’ve seen. I absolutely love the different sized glitter colours. The colour is beautiful too. I usually use a nude coloured polish and then put this at the tips of it. It looks really good!
Nails Inc Polish- Motcomb Street
I got this with the Glamour magazine (this was out a while back) I thought the colour was black, but it was a really dark emerald colour which I absolutely loved!
Gold Nail Wraps (body care)
I wanted some cheap nail wraps to try out, so I bought the body care ones for like £1.50. I got the metallic gold ones which I thought would look really good. They unfortunately didn’t apply well on but maybe I wasn’t putting them on properly.
Technic Lashes £1.50
I really wanted to try these eyelashes on as they looked really natural and good quality. I usually buy the girls aloud eyelashes (Nadine’s to be precise) but I really liked these, and they’re a cheaper alternative. I didn’t think I would like them but they’re really good and will be back to buy more!
