I've been wanting to buy the Estee Lauder
Double Wear Foundation for a while so when they had an on offer during Vogue Fashion week I decided it was the best time to buy it then. The offer was if I bought 2 or more Estee Lauder Products the I'll get a Gift bag full of goodies for free and £12 worth of points on my Boots card. The second product was another foundation, but I'll explain later on in the haul why I bought it. I'll also be doing a review on each of the items later on so I won't be going into too much detail.
Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation £28.50 - Click Here
I've read so many mixed reviews on this foundation, I remember buying it when I was 16 and had my first wage. I really don't know why I bought it back then because it's not as though I wore much make up. I remember hating it but decided I wanted something with more coverage and I do really like it. As mentioned I will do an in depth review on this!
Double Wear Maximum Cover Foundation £28.50 - Click Here
I saw a few youtube video reviews on this foundation, the purpose of this was to use it to cover small spots if I broke out which is pretty rare to be honest but as I'm typing this I've been getting a few breakouts and its pi**ing me off! Well thank god I've got this because it works perfect as a concealer however not under the eyes because it settles into lines.
Estee Lauder Perfectly Clean Foam Cleanser £22 - Click Here
This is a large sample however the full size product is 150ml which is a decent size. It's a foam cleanser and I heard anything that foams up isn't very good for your skin, which makes sense really. When I did use it, it worked really well removing my makeup. If I was to purchase the full size product I'd have to do more research on it. I already have the Emma Hardie Cleansing balm (review coming) so i'd rather repurchase that.
Estee Lauder Daywear Anti-Oxidant Cream £40 - Click Here
I really enjoyed using this cream and I've nearly finished it. It's very light weight and perfect to use as a daytime moisturiser. It also has an spf 25 which is a bonus!
Estee Lauder Idealist Skin Illuminator £43 (30ml) - Click Here
I got a 5ml sample bottle, its a serum with a small amount of "shimmer" in it. I really like mixing this with my concealer. It's meant to reduce the look of blotchiness, blemish marks and discolouration. Well I don't know about that but I do enjoy using it.
Estee Lauder Advanced Eye Repair Cream £34 - Click Here
I absolutely Love this stuff! I feel a difference when I apply it. My under eyes feel much smoother and use it at night (since that's what its for). I would definitely repurchase this.
Estee Lauder Lipgloss
I can't find this lip gloss anywhere, I think it's limited edition but the packaging is really nice. It matches the make-up bag that came with the free gifts. I love the colour, it's very wearable.
Estee Lauder Lipstick
I love the packaging on this too, the colour is a nice burnt orange, It's too shimmery to wear alone so if it was over a matte lipstick it would look lovely.
Estee Lauder Sumptuous Estreme Mascara £22 - Click Here
Lastly a mascara that I really liked using, it lengthens and volumizes and I love it for my bottom lashes more than anythig!
I've seen so many Estee Lauder skincare gift sets for christmas that are really worth getting since your paying for the price of just one item. I think its the best time to buy skincare products.
